You're Doing A Lot. But You Still Feel Behind.

You’ve read the books. Tried the planners. Reworked the calendar. Created the routines. Gotten up earlier. Tried harder to “be present.” Promised yourself that after this busy season, things would settle down.

And maybe some of it helped.

But you still find yourself:

  • Ending productive days wondering if you did enough.
  • Saying yes because you’re afraid of letting someone down—or missing an opportunity.
  • Moving from meeting to meeting, request to request, fire to fire.
  • Being physically home while your brain is still at work.
  • Feeling guilty at work about home... and guilty at home about work.
  • Waiting for a quieter season before you can finally feel like yourself again.

Here’s the truth:

You don’t have a discipline problem.

You don’t need another planner.

And you definitely don’t need to become less ambitious.

You need a better operating system for deciding what matters, what deserves your capacity, and what “winning” actually looks like in this season.

Because when that system is missing, the loudest thing wins.

That’s exactly what we'll build together inside The Aligned Action Framework.

I realized high-capacity women need what high-performing organizations already know.

For nearly a decade, I watched what allows strong organizations and leaders to perform at a high level:

  1. Clear priorities instead of treating everything like an emergency.
  2. Simple systems that make good decisions repeatable.
  3. Sustainable rhythms that protect excellence instead of relying on constant urgency.
But knowing how to lead well at work didn’t automatically make life feel easier to carry.

I knew how to execute under pressure.

I knew how to lead.

I understood systems.

And I still knew what it felt like to love my work, love my family, and feel pulled between two worlds.

That’s when something clicked:

High-capacity women don’t need more hustle.
They don’t need more self-help.

They need a system.

That insight became the Aligned Action Framework™—a values-based operating system designed for women whose lives are actually full.

Not to help you do more.

Not to make your life smaller.

But to help you steward the full life you’ve already built—and the one you still want to build.

Build an operating system that works even when your season changes.

And the best part?

You won’t be doing it alone.

Inside our six months together, we’ll take everything that currently feels noisy—your responsibilities, goals, expectations, capacity, relationships, leadership, family life—and build a clear operating system around what actually matters.

You’ll learn how to:

Know what matters most without treating every role and responsibility like an equal priority.

Make decisions with greater confidence instead of second-guessing every yes and no.

Protect your capacity without interpreting boundaries as laziness, selfishness, or lack of ambition.

Create rhythms that restore you instead of spending every day pushing through and every night recovering from your life.

Define what winning looks like now so you can stop running a race with no finish line.

You are not here to become less driven.

You’re here to become more intentional about where that drive goes.

The Aligned Action Framework™

A six-phase, identity-based operating system built around three essential shifts.

🌿 SHIFT ONE: ROOTED IDENTITY

Performance → Rootedness

We begin by changing the internal system underneath everything else.

Through Anchor Your Mindset and Lead From Identity, we identify the beliefs, pressure, comparison, and performance patterns that keep you asking:

“Am I doing enough?”

And replace them with greater clarity around who you are, what you value, and how you want to lead and live.

📌 You begin making decisions from identity instead of anxiety.

🔥 SHIFT TWO: CLEAR PRIORITIES

Reactivity → Intention

Next, we get clear on what actually matters in the season you’re in.

Through Inventory What Matters and Ground Your Time in Your Values, we bring your responsibilities and priorities into view, identify what deserves your capacity, and give those things somewhere to actually live on your calendar.

📌 Instead of allowing urgency to set your agenda, you know what deserves your yes.

🌟 SHIFT THREE: LIFE-GIVING RHYTHMS

Coping → Sustainable Alignment

Finally, we turn that clarity into a repeatable way of operating.

Through Name the Win and Move Forward With Aligned Action, we define what success looks like in this season, create a scorecard for what matters, and build rhythms you can return to even when life changes.

📌 You stop recovering from your life and start building one that actually supports you.

THIS IS FOR YOU IF....

✅ You’re successful on paper—but privately feel like you’re constantly behind.

âś… You love your work and your family and are tired of feeling like showing up well for one means disappointing the other.

✅ You’re ready to stop tying your worth to productivity, performance, or how much you got done today.

✅ You’re tired of every decision requiring a mental debate and want a clearer filter for what deserves your yes.

âś… You want boundaries that protect what matters without becoming less ambitious, engaged, or excellent.

✅ You don’t need someone to tell you to “do less.” You need a better way to carry what matters.

This isn’t for someone looking for a perfectly optimized schedule, an empty calendar, or a coach to tell her exactly what her priorities should be.

The Aligned Action Framework™ is for high-achieving working moms who want the clarity, tools, and support to define success for themselves—and build a life that actually reflects it.

If you’re done waiting for life to calm down before you can feel present, peaceful, and proud of the way you’re living it, you’re in the right place.

If these women can build success that feels as good as it looks, so can you.

JESSICA | From second-guessing everything to calm, confident leadership

Jessica was a newly promoted leader and mom of two who was doing well by every external measure—but internally kept wondering, “Am I doing any of this well?” She was replaying meetings, questioning herself, and carrying guilt at work and at home.

Through our work together, she untangled her worth from her output, got rooted in who she is and what matters most, and built rhythms that supported both her leadership and her family. In her words: “Now I feel calm, confident, and at peace… even while carrying a lot.”

CIARA | From questioning her competence to trusting her capacity

Ciara returned from maternity leave feeling like she had lost her edge. She kept asking herself: Am I still as capable as I was before?

Through our work together, she learned to separate her competence from her capacity. She got clearer on who she is, what matters in this season, and what “winning” actually looks like—then built practical systems that reduced the mental load and helped her move forward with more confidence, purpose, and grace. Her own framework now reminds her that hitting her capacity is not the same as lacking competence.

INDIA | From competing priorities to ambition + presence

India was strategic, driven, and highly capable at work—but privately questioned her ability to follow through in her personal life and worried she wasn’t showing up as the patient, present mom she wanted to be.

Through our work together, she built greater self-trust, clearer priorities, and rhythms that helped her protect what mattered. She became more intentional at home while continuing to make meaningful moves in her career—learning that she could pursue ambitious work without sacrificing the family life that work was meant to support.

Meet Your Coach!

I’m Mary Ashley Baker.

I’m an executive coach who helps high-achieving working moms build success that feels as good as it looks.

Before becoming a coach, I spent nearly a decade developing leaders inside a high-performing organization, where I saw firsthand what allows people and teams to thrive: clear priorities, simple systems, repeatable rhythms, accountability, and standards that protect excellence.

Eventually, I realized something:

High-capacity women need the same thing.

Not more hustle. Not another productivity hack. Not another reminder to “find balance.”

A better operating system.

Today, through the Aligned Action Framework™, I help women build a values-based system for how they lead, make decisions, and spend their time—so they can experience sustainable success, feel present at home, and lead with calm confidence at work.

And I coach this from the messy middle, not the mountaintop.

I’m a mom of three building a business. I know what it’s like to love your work and love your family and refuse to believe that meaningful work and meaningful motherhood have to be competing ambitions.

You don’t need to become a different person.

You need to become more you—on purpose.
