You’re not trying to keep up with your life anymore. You’re leading it.

THE SIX-PHASE PROCESS

ALIGNED ACTION FRAMEWORK

A proven 6-phase system designed to help you move from performance, reactivity, and coping to rooted identity, clear priorities, and life-giving rhythms.

Phase 1: Anchor Your Mindset

You can have the best planner, calendar, or strategy in the world — but if your thinking is still driven by self-doubt, all-or-nothing expectations, and internal pressure, you’ll keep recreating the same patterns.

In this phase, we begin shifting the way you think about your abilities, limits, and what’s possible.

You’ll begin to:

  • Notice the thought patterns creating unnecessary pressure.
  • Respond to challenges without immediately making them mean you’re failing.
  • Build a more grounded, growth-oriented way of leading yourself.

The shift: You stop treating every hard moment like evidence that something is wrong and start seeing yourself as someone capable of learning, adapting, and moving forward.

Phase 2: Lead From Identity

When you’re not rooted in what’s true about you, it becomes incredibly easy to let the room decide.

You compare. Overprepare. People-please. Replay meetings. Question whether you’re doing enough.

This phase helps you get clear on who you are, what you value, and how you want to show up — at work and at home.

You’ll begin to:

  • Separate your worth from your performance.
  • Get clearer on the strengths, values, and identity you want to lead from.
  • Build confidence that doesn’t depend on approval, achievement, or getting everything right.

The shift: Less proving. Less second-guessing. More steady, grounded confidence.

Phase 3: Inventory What Matters

When everything feels important, everything starts competing for your attention.

And that’s when life becomes one long game of triage.

In this phase, we step back and look at the full picture so you can get clear on what truly deserves your capacity right now.

You’ll begin to:

  • Identify what matters most in this season.
  • Recognize where your time and energy are being spent by default.
  • Make more intentional choices about what gets your yes.

The shift: Less mental clutter. Clearer priorities. More confidence about what is — and isn’t — yours to carry.

Phase 4: Ground Your Time in Your Values

Knowing what matters is one thing.

Building a life that actually reflects it is another.

This phase helps you translate your priorities into the way you spend your time.

You’ll begin to:

  • Create a realistic weekly rhythm around your actual capacity.
  • Protect time for what matters instead of giving everything to urgency.
  • Build stronger boundaries without trying to engineer the “perfect” schedule.

The shift: Your calendar begins to support your life instead of suffocating it.

Phase 5: Name the Win

One of the fastest ways to feel permanently behind is to never define what “enough” actually looks like.

So in this phase, we create the finish line.

You’ll begin to:

  • Define what success looks like in the season you’re actually living.
  • Identify what it means to steward your priorities well.
  • Stop measuring your life solely by how much you accomplished.

The shift: You can reach the end of a full day and say:

“I did what mattered today.”

Phase 6: Move Forward with Aligned Action

This is where everything comes together.

You’re not trying to create one perfect version of your life and hold onto it forever. Your career will change. Your family will change. Your capacity will change.

You’ll learn how to use the framework to recalibrate when it does.

You’ll walk away able to:

  • Make clearer, values-aligned decisions.
  • Adjust your rhythms as your season changes.
  • Return to what matters without feeling like you’re starting over.

The shift: You have a personal operating system you know how to use — season after season.

HERE'S WHAT'S POSSIBLE

What My Clients Are Saying

"Now I feel calm, confident and at peace-- even while carrying a lot."

Jessica came into our work newly promoted, raising two young kids, and feeling stretched thin despite everyone around her telling her she was doing a great job.

Through our work, she became more grounded in who she was, clearer about what mattered, and more intentional about how she showed up at work and at home.

What changed wasn’t how much she carried. It was how she carried it.

“Hitting my capacity didn’t erase my competence.”

Ciara came into coaching after returning from maternity leave feeling like she had lost her edge. She was adjusting to motherhood, re-entering a role that had changed in her absence, and quietly wondering whether she was still as capable as she had been before.

Through our work, she learned to separate competence from capacity. She got clearer on who she was, what mattered in this season, and what winning actually looked like — then built practical systems that reduced the mental load and helped her move forward with more confidence, purpose, and grace.

She didn’t need to become more capable. She needed to recognize that she already was.

Are You Ready to Build Success That Feels as Good as It Looks?

You don’t need another planner, another productivity hack, or another reminder to try harder.

You need a better operating system for how you make decisions, define success, protect your capacity, and spend your time.

The Aligned Action Framework™ gives you the framework, tools, and 1:1 support to build that system around the life you’re actually living.

You do not need to become less ambitious.
You need a better way to steward your ambition.

Meet Your Coach!

I’m Mary Ashley Baker, an executive coach helping high-achieving working moms build a values-based operating system for how they lead, make decisions, and spend their time.

Before becoming a coach, I spent nearly a decade developing leaders inside a top-performing Chick-fil-A organization, where I saw firsthand the power of clear priorities, simple systems, repeatable rhythms, and intentional leadership.

And eventually I realized something:

High-capacity women need the same thing.

Not more hustle. Not more self-help. Not another productivity hack.

A system.

I’m also a mom of three building a business, so I don’t coach this work from some perfectly balanced mountaintop. I understand what it means to love your work, love your family, carry a lot of responsibility, and want to do all of it well.

You don’t need to become a different person. You need to become more you — on purpose.
