Build the year on purpose.

A private cohort of women who lead at the top of their work, or are close to it, and want 2027 shaped by what matters most to them.

One January retreat in North Georgia, ten private coaching sessions, and a small circle of women to recalibrate with all year.

You've built a full life. Who decides what comes first?

You’re good at this.

You lead well, you hit your goals, and the people and projects in your life keep moving. From the outside, it all works.

And somewhere along the way, being capable stopped meaning the same thing as being intentional. You can feel the difference.

In January, you had a plan. (It was a good plan. It may have been color-coded.)

By March, the calendar had other ideas.

Everything on your plate matters, so everything gets treated like it matters equally. (Your inbox certainly thinks it’s the priority.)

You say yes because you can handle it. Sometimes that’s the only reason.

The big decisions live in your head. You turn them over in the car, in the shower, and at 2 a.m.

You’ve read the books and listened to the podcasts. (Some of them at 1.5x speed.) The insight was real. It just never became the way you actually run your weeks.

Work, family, health, goals, and leadership each have their own plan, and all of them pull from the same limited supply of hours.

So the year ends with plenty to show for it, and a quiet question about whether you invested it where you most wanted to.

A life this full will keep filling itself. You’re allowed to want a say in what goes first.

I'm Mary Ashley.

I'm the founder of Mary Ashley Baker Coaching, University of Georgia graduate, and mom of three kids seven and under. I coach from the messy middle, not a mountaintop.

For a decade, I helped build leadership development inside a high-performing Chick-fil-A organization, teaching leaders to create clear priorities, simple systems, and repeatable rhythms. I’d ask them to skip the job description and tell me what winning looked like. (The answer was never “everything.”)

What I saw, again and again, is that capable people rarely lack drive. More often, they lack clarity.

And then when my own life still felt reactive, I took those same principles and built the Aligned Action Framework™ to help women align their leadership, priorities, and time with what matters most.

A full life needs a way to decide.

Of course you’re stuck. You’re good at everything on your plate, and that’s the catch.

When you can keep every ball in the air, nothing breaks. And when nothing breaks, nothing forces you to choose.

So you do the sensible thing and try harder. More discipline, a better planner, an earlier alarm. (The 4:30 a.m. alarm lasted nine days.)

But discipline needs a target. When everything counts as the goal, you finish the day with a hundred things done and a nagging sense you lost.

Your ambition is a good thing. The real question is whether you’re stewarding it, or whether it’s quietly running your life.

A football team knows whether it won, because the scoreboard says so. Most of us are playing without one.

Imagine knowing what winning looks like for you, in this season, with the life you actually have. Decisions get faster, yeses get cleaner, and the noise gets quieter.

There’s a better way to run a year. It starts with deciding what you’re playing for.

Introducing The Aligned Action Partnership: Private Cohort

A yearlong private cohort of eight women, built around one question: what deserves your best attention this year?

It starts with a January retreat in North Georgia, where you decide what matters most and what winning looks like in each account of your life (work, family, health, relationships, the areas that all pull from the same limited hours). You leave with a personal Scorecard, a short list of the outcomes that count this year and how you’ll know you’re making progress. It’s data, not a grade.

Then we live it. Ten private coaching sessions from February through November, three cohort check-ins to catch drift early, and a small circle of women who understand what it’s like to care deeply about the work and the life.

Ninety days after the retreat, you’re running your weeks from a plan you wrote, making decisions faster, and noticing drift before it turns into a mess.

You direct your year instead of responding to it.

Call To Action

You're a good fit if...

  • You’re in the C-suite, on your way there, or running your own business, and you’re carrying real weight: people who count on you, decisions that matter, and goals you actually care about.
  • You’re ambitious and want to keep growing, without letting work quietly become the whole story.
  • You already know clarity matters, and you want help turning it into how you run your weeks.
  • You want a coach who holds the full picture (career, leadership, family, capacity, priorities) so you stop solving the hard decisions alone.
  • You’d rather have depth, discretion, and a few real relationships than a big networking crowd.
  • You’re ready to define what winning means for you, and you want accountability and recalibration all year, not just a strong January.

This probably isn’t the right fit if...

  • You’re mainly looking for business-growth tactics, like funnels, offers, or revenue strategy. This cohort is about how you run your year and your life, and your business is one account within it.
  • You’re looking for a casual girls’ getaway. The retreat is warm, and yes, there will be cocktails. There’s also real work: reviewing your year, defining what winning looks like, and building your Scorecard.
  • You’re looking for a big networking community. Eight women means depth, and the circle stays small on purpose.
  • You want someone to hand you a finished plan. You’ll do the thinking, and I’ll hold the questions and the full picture with you.
  • You’re looking for a month-to-month commitment. This is a full-year commitment, and the payment plan is a schedule for paying it.

Your Year, On Purpose

1. The January Retreat at Silver City at Miles Ranch (North Georgia)

Two days and one night to decide what the year is for. January 16 to 17, 2027.

Think of it as a weekend away, with a purpose.

You’ll stay at Silver City at Miles Ranch in Cumming, a private retreat of three homes with cozy fireplaces and a deck overlooking the pond. Every woman gets her own king bedroom and her own bathroom, so you can truly rest.

Cozy fires. A hot tub for when the thinking gets heavy. Plenty of white space. (Your inbox will survive.)

Lodging, all planned meals, snacks, coffee, beverages, programming, and materials are included. Travel to and from the retreat and personal extras are yours.

Day one: Arrival and lunch, an opening conversation, time with a guest expert, reflection, plenty of white space, then cocktails, dinner, and time to simply be together.

Day two: After breakfast, we review your past year, define what winning looks like in this season, build your personal Scorecard, and name your first 90-day priorities. We close with lunch.

You leave with: a short list of outcomes that count this year, clear measures of progress, and a first 90 days that’s already planned.

2. Ten Private Coaching Sessions

Your decisions, your Scorecard, and a coach who holds the full picture.

Fifty minutes, once a month, February through November. We bring real decisions to your Scorecard: opportunities, boundaries, leadership calls, goals, and capacity. You stop carrying the hard ones alone, and you decide faster because there’s a clear definition of what matters most to decide against.

3. Three Quarterly Calibration Sessions

Catch drift early, and adjust instead of starting over.

Three ninety-minute virtual sessions with your cohort, around April, July, and October. Each one is a facilitated check-in on what changed, what’s working, where you’ve drifted, and what matters now, with guided reflection and live coaching time. They’re structured rooms for recalibration, built so a rough month never turns into an abandoned plan.

4. A Private Cohort Space

A quiet place to stay connected between calls.

One private online space for your cohort, with prompts, wins, questions for the group, occasional voice notes and resources from me, and reminders for upcoming sessions. It’s built to stay low-noise, so it supports the work without becoming one more thing to keep up with.

5. The December Year-End Close

Celebrate what changed, and carry the right things forward.

One ninety-minute virtual session with your cohort to look back on the year. What you said mattered in January, what actually changed, where you made real progress, what surprised you, what you’re leaving behind, and what you want to carry into the next year. It’s meant to feel celebratory and reflective, and it’s the close of the year, not another check-in.

From facing tough business decisions alone to having someone in her corner.

“The investment I made in Mary Ashley Baker Coaching was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. She taught me how to navigate the daily struggles of being a business owner with grace, confidence, and objectivity. She never just told me what I wanted to hear; she told me what I needed to hear. Over the past few months, I’ve had to make some really tough decisions, and I thank God I had MAB in my corner to consult about the issues I was facing. I cannot recommend her enough.”

Liz McShane

From feeling like she wasn’t managing the load, to calm and confident.

“I feel so clear. Where I was vs. where I am now, it all felt so heavy. I felt constantly like I wasn’t managing the load well, even though people told me I was. Now I feel calm, confident, and at peace… even while carrying a lot.”

Jessica Wypasek

From juggling everything to a simple way to decide and focus.

“I walked away with peace, confidence, and a simple operating system that helps me decide, focus, and be present at work and home.”

Keri Patrick

From carrying it all alone to trusting her gut.

“Mary Ashley has been such a blessing to me. Our coaching conversations gave me a trusted place to talk through everything I was carrying, gain clarity and make decisions with more confidence. After our work together, I’m learning to trust my gut, protect my peace and actually enjoy the life and business I’ve worked so hard to build.”

How enrollment works

I want you to say yes knowing exactly what to expect, so here’s how it all works.

How you join. You request your seat, and we have a conversation to make sure this is the right fit for you. If it is, you sign the agreement and secure your place with your payment.

Your payments. Because I hold the house, the meals, and a full year of coaching for you, all payments are nonrefundable once the agreement is signed. The payment plan is simply a way to spread out the full investment, so joining means committing to the whole year.

If life changes before the retreat. I know it can. Payments you’ve already made can’t be refunded. If another approved woman is able to take your seat, I may be able to release your remaining installments.

If you step away after the retreat. The remaining balance is still due, since your seat and coaching stay reserved for you all year.

If you can’t make it to the retreat. The lodging and vendor commitments are made well ahead, so the retreat portion can’t be credited or refunded. You’re still welcome in the rest of the year, from your coaching sessions to your cohort.

If I ever need to cancel. You’ll receive a refund for any part of the experience I haven’t delivered.

Questions You Might Be Asking

Is this worth $10,000?

That’s a real investment, and it deserves a real look. You’re paying for a year of support, not a weekend: the January retreat, ten private coaching sessions, three cohort calibration sessions, a private space to stay connected, and a December close, with a coach who knows the full picture of what you’re carrying. If you’d like to spread it out, there’s a payment plan of $2,500 down and ten monthly payments of $775. And if you’re still weighing it, bring your questions to our first conversation.

I can’t be away from my family and my work. How much does this really take?

The retreat is two half days and one night, and the dates are January 16 to 17, 2027. The rest of the year happens from your own calendar: one 50-minute session a month, three 90-minute virtual sessions with your cohort, and a 90-minute close in December. There’s no content library to keep up with. The rest is simply living the plan you build.

I’m not sure I’m a “cohort person.”

That’s a common worry, and it’s why the group is small. Eight women means real conversation and no networking crowd. You’ll have your own private sessions with me, and the cohort adds a circle of like-minded women who understand what it’s like to both carry a lot and care a lot about both the work and the life. The private space is quiet by design, so there’s no pressure to be “on” all the time.

Do I need to be a past client?

You don’t. If you’re a current Aligned Action Partnership client, there’s a special upgrade price. Everyone else joins at the full price, and the short conversation we have first is where we make sure it’s a fit.

How is this different from a mastermind or a retreat?

Each of those does one good thing. A retreat gives you space. A mastermind gives you community. Private coaching gives you a trusted advisor, and a planner gives you structure. This year brings all four together: time away to think, a personal Scorecard, ongoing private coaching, and a small circle of women you come to trust.

What happens in the January retreat?

You’ll review your past year, define what winning looks like in this season, build your personal Scorecard, and choose your first 90-day priorities. There’s time with a guest expert, plenty of white space, and good food and conversation too. All alongside like-minded women. You leave with a plan you wrote and the people to help you run it.
