You've built the framework.
Now let's keep living it.Â
You’ve spent six months doing meaningful work inside the Aligned Action Framework.Â
You know yourself better.Â
You’re clearer on what matters.
You’re making decisions differently.
You’ve built rhythms that actually support the life you want.
And maybe for the first time in a long time, you feel like you’re moving forward instead of constantly trying to catch up.
That momentum matters.Â
Keep the Momentum Going.Â
Because the goal was never just to feel better for six months.
The goal is to keep building a life that feels as good as it looks.
There is real value in continuing to have a place to pause, get perspective, set meaningful goals, and keep moving forward.
This next year gives us a rhythm for doing exactly that.
You'll have plenty of space to take what you've learned and run with it-while still having the clarity, accountability, and coaching relationship that helped you create so much momentum in the first place.
You've done too much good work to put it on a shelf now.
Let's keep going.Â
And now, you get community too.Â
Â
Carrying a lot can feel surprisingly lonely—even when you have great people around you.
Sometimes you just want more women in your life who understand the tension of doing meaningful work, being present at home, continuing to grow, and building a life you actually enjoy.
So this next year includes something new:
A private community of women who have done this work too.
A place to ask questions, share stories, celebrate wins, talk honestly about what’s hard, and learn from women navigating similar seasons.
No noisy content stream. No pressure to keep up.
Just a trusted place to connect with women who understand what it means to care deeply and carry a lot.
INTRODUCING
The Well-Lived Year
A year of continued coaching, accountability, and community to help you keep the momentum going.
A 12-month coaching experience designed to help you keep the momentum going.
The Well-Lived Year gives you a simple rhythm of clarity, accountability, coaching, and community as you continue putting the Aligned Action Framework into practice in real life.
We’ll start by getting clear on what matters most in the year ahead and defining what progress looks like.
Then, throughout the year, you’ll have intentional opportunities to pause, reflect, get coached, and recalibrate—while staying connected to a community of women doing the same.
You’ve already built the foundation.
This is the year we keep building on it.
What's Included In
The Well-Lived Year
We start by naming the next chapter.Â
Your 2-Hour Annual Calibration
Our first conversation gives us space to zoom all the way out.
We’ll look at where you are now, what has changed, what you want from the next year, and what deserves your attention in this season.
Then we’ll identify the three outcomes that matter most for the year ahead and build a simple scorecard around them.
Not a giant list of goals.
Just a clear answer to:
What am I trying to move forward this year?
And:
How will I know if I’m making progress?
That scorecard becomes the anchor for our work together throughout the year.
Once a month, we pause.Â
Your Monthly Check-In
At the beginning of each month, you’ll receive a short guided reflection to help you step out of the day-to-day and look at how things are actually going.
You’ll reflect on your three outcomes, what is moving forward, where you may be drifting, and what matters most next.
I’ll personally review your check-in and send you a brief response with encouragement, perspective, a question, or a challenge.
Sometimes you need a full coaching conversation.
Sometimes you just need someone who knows you to say:
“Keep going.”Â
Or:Â
“Pay attention to this.”
Once a quarter, we get back in the room.Â
Four private coaching sessions across the year.
We’ll begin with your 2-hour Annual Calibration, then meet three more times throughout the year for private 60-minute coaching sessions.
Each conversation gives us space to step back, look at your scorecard, talk about what is actually happening in your life, and coach around what matters most in that season.
- What is working?
- What has changed?
- Where are you making progress?
- Where do you need to adjust?
The goal is not to rigidly follow a plan.
The goal is to keep moving with intention as real life unfolds.
You keep a coach who already knows you.
There is real value in not having to start from scratch.
I already know your story.
I know what matters to you.
I know some of your patterns.
I know the language and tools we have built together.
That means we get to keep building from the work you have already done instead of beginning again.
You have space to run with what you know—and a trusted place to come back to when you need perspective.

The Well-Lived Year is for you if...
- You've loved the momentum you built inside the Aligned Action Framework and want to keep it going.
- You want continued coaching, but you do not necessarily need another intensive six-month process.
- You like having a place to step back and think.
- You value accountability without needing someone managing every move.
- You want to keep using the tools you have built as your life and season change.
- And you want to stay connected to women who are doing the same.
When You Need Something More
There may be seasons when quarterly coaching is not enough.
If you are navigating a major leadership role, significant change, high-stakes decisions, or an especially complex season—and you want a strategic thought partner closer to the work—that is what Aligned Action Partnership is designed for.
The Well-Lived Year is different.
Here, you are largely holding the plan.
I am helping you stay connected to it.
Ready for the next year?
You’ve already built the foundation.
