The Aligned Action FrameworkÂ
Â
You've built a life worth living.
Now let's make it feel as good as it looks.
Â
Â
The Aligned Action Framework™ is a private 6-month coaching experience for high-achieving women who are doing everything right — and still ending every day wondering if it was enough.
JOIN THE WAITLISTYou're the one people call when something needs to get done.
You lead the team. Run the household. Hit the deadline. Show up for the kids. Keep the marriage going. And somewhere in the middle of all of it — you feel like you're running around with your hair on fire.
You end days that were completely full still wondering if you did anything that actually mattered. You say yes in the moment and resent it by Thursday. You're the most capable person in the room — and somehow still feel behind.
The guilt isn't because you're failing at work or at home. It's because you're trying to win at both without a scorecard for either.
That's not a discipline problem. That's an alignment problem.
You don't need to get better at doing more. You need clarity about what deserves your time, energy, and attention in the first place.
“I walked away with peace, confidence—and a simple operating system that helps me decide, focus, and be present at work and home.”
- Keri Patrick | Business + Relationship Lead, Chick-fil-A Inc.Â
Imagine Knowing What "Enough" Looks Like...Â
Â
Â
- You know what winning looks like — at work and at home.
- Your calendar reflects your values, with white space on purpose.
- You make faster, kinder decisions without the guilt spiral.
- Even in full seasons, you feel grounded, present, and proud of how you showed up.
Â
Who This is ForÂ
Â
This is for you if:
- You have a full, successful life — and somehow still feel behind.
- You love your work and your family and are tired of feeling like succeeding at one means shortchanging the other.
- You're highly capable, highly responsible, and carrying more mental load than most people realize.
- You've tried becoming more organized, disciplined, or productive — but it hasn't solved the underlying problem.
- You're ready to stop reacting to your life and start leading it intentionally.
Especially for working moms, women in leadership, entrepreneurs, and other high-capacity women who aren't looking for less ambition — they're looking for a better way to carry it.
INTRODUCING
The Aligned Action FrameworkÂ
A six-phase coaching journey designed to help you stop living reactively and start leading a life that reflects what matters most.
Why This Is Different
You've already tried the planners. The 4am wake-ups. The Audible library that's mostly half-finished chapters and good intentions.
Here's why none of it worked: those are execution tools for someone who already has clarity.
You don't need a better morning routine. You need to know what deserves your morning first.
The Aligned Action Framework™ starts where most systems stop — with who you are. Your identity, your values, your real capacity in this actual season of life. Then we build the rhythms, the calendar, and the goals on top of that.
That's why it lasts. Not because it's more rigid — because it's more you.
What's Included In The Framework...
SESSIONÂ 1
Anchor Your Mindset
Before we change your calendar, we have to change the story you're living from.
We'll uncover the thought patterns, expectations, and beliefs creating unnecessary pressure — the ones that leave you feeling like you should have figured this out by now, even when you're carrying a lot and doing a lot well.
You'll begin moving from:
“I should have figured this out” → “I'm allowed to grow into this season with support.”
This is where you stop measuring yourself against an impossible standard and start leading from a healthier, more sustainable foundation.
SESSIONÂ 2
Lead from Identity
When you aren't deeply rooted in who you are and what matters most, every decision gets louder.
We'll clarify your core values, define the woman and leader you want to be in this season, and build a decision-making framework you can actually use when work, family, expectations, and opportunities are all competing for your attention.
You'll begin moving from:
Second-guessing, guilt, and other people's expectations → confident, values-aligned decisions.
Instead of reacting from anxiety or urgency, you'll have something steadier to lead from.
SESSIONÂ 3
Inventory What Matters Most
You can't prioritize everything — and trying to is one of the fastest ways to feel behind everywhere.
We'll take an honest look at what you're carrying, what matters most in this season, and where your time and energy are actually going. You'll identify the areas that deserve your attention now — and give yourself permission for everything else to not receive equal weight.
You'll begin moving from:
Trying to keep every plate spinning → knowing what deserves your time, energy, and attention.
This is where the mental load starts getting lighter because you've stopped treating everything as equally important.
SESSIONÂ 4
Ground Your Time in Your Values
Clarity only changes your life when it changes how you spend your time.
We'll turn what matters to you into rhythms, boundaries, and an Ideal Week that reflects your actual capacity — not the fantasy version of you who never gets tired, has no interruptions, and apparently owns 37 hours in a day.
You'll begin moving from:
Reaction mode and constant decision fatigue → life-giving rhythms that protect what matters most.
Your calendar starts becoming evidence of your priorities instead of a record of everyone else's demands.
SESSION 5
Name the Win
High-achieving women are really good at moving the finish line.
We'll define what success actually looks like in this season — at work, at home, and for you — so you can stop ending completely full days wondering whether you did enough.
You'll create a simple, values-based scorecard that gives you a meaningful way to measure progress without tying your worth to productivity.
You'll begin moving from:
“I'm doing well, but I still feel behind” → knowing what winning looks like on your own terms.
Because “enough” becomes a lot easier to recognize when you've actually defined it.
SESSION 6
Move Forward with Aligned Action
The goal isn't to give you a perfect plan. It's to give you a repeatable operating system you can use long after coaching ends.
We'll bring everything together into a practical approach for making decisions, setting priorities, planning your next season, and recalibrating when life changes — because it will.
You'll begin moving from:
Needing life to calm down before you can feel in control → knowing how to lead yourself through full seasons with clarity and confidence.
You leave with a system that helps you protect what matters, build rhythms that fit your real life, and create success you can actually enjoy.
What This Looks LikeÂ
Jessica W. came to coaching as a newly promoted leader with two young kids and a quiet question she kept to herself:
"Am I doing any of this well?"
Externally? Everyone said yes. Internally, she was replaying every meeting, comparing herself to peers, and carrying a level of guilt that didn't match her performance.
She wasn't failing. She was running on an operating system that had never been designed for her.
Over six months, she built something different. She anchored in her identity as a mom and a leader — not as someone who had to earn her place in both. She named her values and started using them as actual filters. She built rhythms that gave her margin and presence instead of just momentum.
By the end, she said:
"I feel so clear. Where I was vs. where I am now — it all felt so heavy before. Now I feel calm, confident, and at peace… even while carrying a lot."
That's the shift. Not a lighter life. A more aligned one.
Why Now?
Â
I know. You're in a busy stretch. You'll get to it when things slow down.
But here's what I've watched happen when women wait:
The calendar hardens. Reactivity becomes routine before you even notice. The things that are quietly draining you become the things you just accept about yourself.
And the worst part? The version of yourself you've been putting off — the one who's grounded, present, clear — she doesn't show up automatically when the calendar clears.
She shows up when you build her.
You don't get a different kind of full later. You get a different season of full. The question is whether you'll be running it — or whether it'll be running you.
I've spent my career helping high-capacity people lead well.
Â
For more than a decade, I've worked in leadership development, coaching, and organizational leadership — helping ambitious people grow without losing sight of the people and priorities that matter most.
But I don't coach this from some perfectly optimized mountaintop.
I'm a business owner, wife, mom of three kids six and under, and an ambitious woman navigating the same tension my clients are: How do I build something meaningful without rushing through the life I'm building it for?
The Aligned Action Framework™ brings together the leadership principles, coaching tools, and practical systems I've watched create lasting change — both professionally and personally.
